Hi there, I was deported from Thailand a year ago this June, this was due to being released from prison for a small drugs charge. I had no plans returning to Thailand but recently my father who lives there and also has a family there (wife and 1 child) has become extremely ill. It’s life threatening and is terminal. I would like to go and see him and wondered if that would be possible considering the circumstances. He has paperwork from the hospital explaining his condition if that would help too. Please could you advise me on what I can do.
Thank you.
Yes, you are able to return to Thailand if there has been no ban for you to return. Normally people who were deported has 5-year ban. Please confirm whether you have been banned or not.
Hello,
I would like to let you know that I’m in title of a retirement visa issued on the 18 DEC 2015. I did took a flight back to France with a multiple re-entry, issued on 3 JAN 2016. Could you tell me please, what should I do to not be having a fine. As soon as I can come back to Pattaya I will present myself right away to the immigration offices. Could you please let me know any information about it.
Thank you for your help.
Sorry I forgot to give the date for me to go to the immigration office, wish is the 16 MARS 2016

If you think there was a mistake in the stamp given to you, you need to go to the immigration office and have them make the correction.
